Description
Noela gown
Phenomenal tulle gown on a bodice. The top of the dress is a corset with a draped cup, tied at the back. The bottom is a spread circle skirt with a low flounce. The skirt is three layers of tulle. It comes with a slim jersey skirt and removable cuffed sleeves.
